Jason Bachman, Chief Operating Officer
Jason Bachman is the chief operating officer of Alexandria Industries. He oversees and manages facility operations, ensuring our equipment, people and processes operate efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Previously, Jason was instrumental in helping select and purchase our new aluminum extrusion press in Alexandria. He also managed updates on our Indianapolis extrusion press operations, reducing industrial waste costs, while leading employee and customer growth.
Jason began his career at Alexandria Industries as an aluminum extrusion press operator in 1993. Showing early signs as a leader, he earned growing responsibilities in our extrusion department serving as press lead, shift supervisor, and as an extrusion department manager, before being promoted to general manager. Jason studied supervisory management at Alexandria Technical Community College, in Alexandria, Minn.
Always focused on helping others be successful, Jason works to ensure our actions align with our (company) values. He is passionate about working as a team, thinking beyond the obvious and looking for new manufacturing processes. According to Jason, his colleagues and his family are the people who contribute most to his success.
Personal Highlights
Bachman enjoys spending his free time with his wife and five boys, as well as riding his motorcycle any chance he gets.
