New Plastic Injection Molding Presses

We also added two new TMC E-Series injection-molding presses, allowing us to add capacity and accommodate more advanced part features. The new presses will not only help us reduce lead times by up to 50 percent, but also they will enable us to provide better process control and tighter tolerances due to their advanced technology.

We have been experiencing healthy business growth and nearing capacity with our current equipment. With the new presses, we are able to manufacture parts faster, while retaining greater accuracy. The presses can virtually run themselves due to their embedded smart technology and advanced process control system.

At Alexandria Plastics, we engineer and manufacture close-tolerance plastic injection molded components and polyurethane products for a diverse range markets and applications.
