Lynette Kluver, Director of Organizational Development
After briefly working in the healthcare field where she became frustrated with its boundaries, Lynette Kluver took a job in manufacturing and she was hooked! Kluver loves the pace of manufacturing, the freedom and ability to be creative and innovative, watching “something” be created from an idea. With more than 25 years in the human resources area of manufacturing, Kluver has been part of our family since 1993. As director of organizational development and member of the executive team, Kluver is responsible for strategic planning, employee and leadership development, human resources, safety and workplace ministry.
Among her peers, Kluver is respected and recognized for her leadership skills, honesty, integrity, compassion and keeping the commitments that she makes. She finds it rewarding to make a difference by coaching and mentoring people and being a part of their journey as they grow and succeed.

Director of Organizational Development
“These words provide alignment with my personal desire to do my best. To me, it means that we must continue challenging ourselves to not stop when we find a right answer, but to keep looking for more right answers and then picking the very best one. When I consider People Making a Difference, our company's mantra, and our Demand Innovation tag line, I get excited because I know the people in this organization. I know their passion for the business, and their creative minds and work ethic. I believe that for our employees, these two statements have intertwined over time. This is a big “win” for our customers, our employees, our families and our communities!” Lynette Kluver, Alexandria Industries
