Our automated aluminum extrusion presses give us the ability to run both high-volume production quantities, and low-volume custom orders. The extrusion press sizes can accommodate both small and large extruded aluminum shapes, producing precise extrusions. This gives us the ability to meet some of the industry’s tightest tolerances.
The 7″ Presezzi press, utilizes a ZPE billet heater, which was one of the first installed in the United States. This equipment is over 80% more efficient over traditional billet heating systems.
