COMPLIANCE

Maintaining compliance with industry standards, such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Mineral, and Latex, is critical for not only our customers’ success, but for our company’s success!

RoHS

Based on information obtained from our raw material and outside service vendors, all parts and or assemblies manufactured by Alexandria Industries are compliant to the RoHS3 Directive version 2015/863. See our RoHS Compliance Letter for more details.

REACH

Based on information obtained from our raw material and outside service vendors, all parts and or assemblies manufactured by Alexandria Industries are compliant to the most current REACH Directive. All items manufactured and or purchased by Alexandria Industries do not contain any of the noted substances contained in the list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) according to the current candidate list of 191 substances per update 06/27/2018. Reference the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) website for a current list of banned substances: http://echa.europa.eu/web/guest/candidate-list-table. See our REACH Compliance Letter for more details.

Conflict Mineral

The provisions of the Section 1502 of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires that certain companies disclose the use of “conflict minerals” in their products (i.e. certain minerals, including tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, that may have originated in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries). While we are not regulated by this Act, we provide this statement to our customers who request our assistance in assessing their “conflict minerals” status.

We take serious concern with regard to profits derived from conflict minerals that may be fueling human rights violations, labor abuses and environmental degradation. We are committed to ethical sourcing of any minerals used in our manufacturing. Following good faith diligent inquiries, we do not have any reason to believe that our supply chain uses any “conflict minerals.” See our Conflict Mineral Compliance letter for more details.

Latex

No products (i.e. medical products), manufactured by Alexandria Industries are made with “Natural Rubber Latex.” This includes containers and/or packaging. See our Latex Free Compliance letter for more details.
