He teaches by example, working with others in the organization in a manner that fosters a culture of inspiration and innovation. He's not intimidated to ask the hard questions, including those that involve the value of integrity and a dollar well-spent.

Schabel lives and works according to his values, which align nicely with the company's core values: Integrity. Mutual Respect. Faith. Commitment to Excellence. Employee Well-Being.

Previously, Schabel was the chief operating officer of Alexandria Plastics, Alexandria Precision Machining, and Alexandria Extrusion South. Under his ownership, and servant leadership style of management, Alexandria Plastics revenue increased 350 percent over the last 12 years.

Schabel earned his associates degree in manufacturing engineering, before continuing on to earn a bachelor's of science degree in industrial technology from Moorhead State University in northwest Minnesota.

Personal Highlights
Schabel enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, motorcycling, and snowmobiling, in the great outdoors. He believes, "life is what you make of it. Have a good attitude, be passionate about the things you do and you will find happiness and fulfillment."
