Demand Innovation
“Demand Innovation is a commitment we make to our customers and to ourselves. We don't just show up to work each day. We come to work ready to deliver our best to our customers and each other. Whether it's designing a new part or process, upgrading our equipment or facilities in response to customer needs, or setting up a benevolent fund to care for our coworkers, we look for different ways to serve every day.
Coming up with new and unique ways to operate is standard practice here. We hold each other accountable to this and we expect our customers to do the same.
Thanks to everyone who demands the best from us. You should expect nothing less”
