Alexandria Industries Announces 15th Annual ‘Fishing For the Cure’ Ice Fishing Tournament

Alexandria Industries is gearing up to host our 15th Annual Fishing For the Cure Ice Fishing Tournament!

It’s been almost two long years since our last tournament and we can hardly wait to see everyone again at our on Feb. 19, 2022. Anyone who’s been there will tell you the Fishing For the Cure event is one of the most fun and meaningful ice fishing tournaments ever!

The Fishing for the Cure event honors those who are fighting cancer, those who have fought cancer and won, and those who have suffered from cancer and are no longer with us.

What’s better than a great day ice fishing with family and friends, while also knowing you are raising money for a good cause?

Our 2020 tournament* definitely held up its reputation of being a fun, family friendly event. Nearly 1,436 people – moms, dads, kids, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends – enjoyed catching fish, watching the leaderboard to see where their name would land on the list of 100 prizes, and raising money to help find a cure for cancer. Prizes were awarded for the top 50 fish in two fish categories.
