This company-owned clinic is available exclusively to employees and their families who are enrolled in our health insurance plan.

Our goal is to elevate your health care experience by offering an array of services and building a stronger, long-term relationship between you and your health care provider. With the clinic’s modern design and an enhanced wellness program, we aim to improve your health while supporting your journey to stay healthy, confident, and informed.


Alexandria Industries Family Health & Wellness Clinic

No-Cost Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Routine care: annual physicals, youth sports physicals, screenings, blood pressure checks, health management, and well-child care.
  • Lab testing: influenza, pregnancy, strep throat, COVID-19, urinalysis, and PSA (prostate).
  • Minor illness and injury care: sprains, strains, pain, minor lacerations, minor burns, ear infections, pink eye, urinary tract infections, and the flu.
  • Access to no-cost prescriptions for non-narcotic medications and vaccines.

All of these services are offered to help you maintain your health while also saving you money. Our team is dedicated to providing a welcoming, friendly atmosphere to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

Note: If our clinic cannot provide the specific medical service or care you need, we will evaluate, and connect you with possible no-cost options elsewhere.

Staff

Paige Peplinski, PA-C

Paige is a board-certified physician assistant with experience in home health, orthopedic medicine, and psychiatry. Since beginning her healthcare career in 2018, she has developed a patient-centered approach focused on preventive care, education, and personalized treatment. She enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them to support their long-term health. Originally from Eagan, Paige grew up spending time at her family’s cabin in Alexandria. Outside of work, she enjoys lake time, trying new recipes, and making memories with family and friends.

 

Kaylee Messer, Medical Lab Technician

Kaylee is a dedicated healthcare professional with many years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Alexandria, she is a certified phlebotomist with additional experience in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). Driven by a strong passion for helping others, Kaylee has developed a compassionate approach to patient care, always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, engaging in a variety of fun and family-oriented activities.

 

Kristine Fosness, Clinical Receptionist

Kristine, originally from a small town in Minnesota, moved to Alexandria in 2012. She holds a medical administrative degree from Alexandria Technical College and has been bringing value in medical office administration since 2013. Outside of work, Kristine enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending quality time outdoors with her husband and two children.
