Taking full advantage of a diverse work background, Aaron Stoen brings a unique versatility to his role as general manager of Alexandria Industries’ extrusion facility in Indianapolis.
His passion for working hard is evident in his resourcefulness at finding answers to problems. He has a natural drive to teach and mentor others, and relies on servant leadership principles to see employees succeed. Aaron builds strong relationships, leads by example, and works closely with employees to help them develop ways to do their work better than anyone else.
Aaron joined Alexandria Industries in 2011 as a machine operator making precision machined parts for customers. He quickly moved up in the organization taking on greater responsibilities, tougher challenges, and leadership roles, with dedication to success and commitment to growth. He addresses issues head-on, and is adept at quickly identifying root causes and finding solutions that make a difference in the lives of others.
Before coming to work at Alexandria Industries, Aaron was the fastest bartender west of the Mississippi river. He also enjoyed working with his hands in landscaping, but found that these industries didn’t usually offer employment benefits, such as health insurance, or steady hours. He wanted to find work where he could learn new things and grow a career. Manufacturing was the perfect fit!
Aaron supports is the American Cancer’s Society Relay For Life. He loves being part of the community’s efforts to fight cancer and find a cure for this deadly disease that affects so many lives!
